They say "No Man is an Island", and the Cambridge Group believes that. Both corporately and individually, our firm and it's empoyees are involved in a wide range of charitable activities. In this section of our web site, we will from time-to-time provide what we consider to be public service messages that will highlight opportunities to serve.

New Recruiting Division for Non-Profits
We have exciting news. We are creating a modified business model for a new division of our company. This area of focus will be recruiting for the non-profit community. It will include a modified fee arrangement for that community -- PLUS the donation of a significant portion of that fee back to the group for which the search was completed. This may be the ultimate way in which we can help people in need in our society. We are extremely excited about this development. Watch for additional news on this website.
This weekend is "Boo!" Weekend
Foster Care Halloween Party
This Friday is the Halloween Party for the Foster Children assisted through KVC Behavioral Healthcare. Be patient with us that day as we will be gone part of the afternoon, sharing ourselves with children -- many of whom are without homes and are in special need of loving care. We will then follow that on Sunday with a trunk party for Halloween at Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in downtown Kansas City.

Chocolate Festival a Great Success
Friendship House / Catherine's Place is a a favorite cause for our company. This transitional living program assists women who have completed a substance abuse program to successfully re-enter society. Two of our staff put their marketing and sales skills to use, working the auction for their Chocolate Fest Fund-raiser. A chocolate lover's delight.
AIDS Walk Kansas City
The AIDS Walk in Kansas City was one of the first in the country and is one of the largest. This event raises funds to help individuals and families suffering under the birden of AIDS with life needs -- food, clothing, shelter, etc.
We participate through the Heart of the City Walk Team for Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral. In order to make donations, please go to www.firstgiving.com/CathedralAIDSWalk.
