Commitment to Diversity The Cambridge Group, as an Executive Search firm that focuses on consumer marketing jobs and professionals for the consumer marketplace, is very aware of the rich tapestry of people who come together to form our nation. - As a niche recruiting firm focused in consumer marketing and high level sales management and executive talent, we are steadily building our relationship with the National Black MBA Association and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. This includes the following:
- We have appointed a diversity recruiting manager for our executive search firm to interact with those organizations at various levels;
- We participate in their national conferences, sometimes along with some of our client companies;
- We provide links to those organizations on our website to assist with their networking,
- We will list select consumer marketing jobs and other positions on their websites from time to time (although all of our positions are always open to diversity talent).
Our goal is to provide candidates from those organizations with access to the best possible selection of employers and client companies – and provide our clients with access to the best possible selection of talented diversity employees.
- We are constantly developing relationships with diversity programs in a number of the top MBA programs around the country, including both the business schools and their MBA alumni organizations, with the same goals as stated above.
- We have relationships with other select recruiting firms -- a number of whom, like ourselves, are diversity (minority-owned/women-owned) firms. We work closely with each of these firms, virtually on a day-to-day basis, to identify the best and broadest base of talent possible.
